Adding New Cities

1. Go to the control panel
2. Click on Airport Transportation section
3. Open menu item "Airports/Cities/POIs"
4. Click Cities from the sub-menu
5. Click Add New
6. Here you have 2 ways to add cities: Individually or in Bulk.
   1. Adding Individually: Select State and type in the City and Zip (zip code is optional) and hit Save.
   2. Adding in Bulk: Additionally, you can do a radius lookup of all cities from a particular zip code.  Type in the Zip Code at the bottom, Choose Cities only or Cities & Zip to display, Select the number of miles to search from the zip code.  Once you see the list of Cities, check the city that you would like to add and hit Save.
7. Once the cities have been added, you will need to assign the cities to the airport.  Click Assign City to Airport from the menu.
8. Choose the airport name and state.
9. From the list, check the city to add to that particular airport.

NOTE: Next you will need to add in the prices by clicking "Update Fares & Fees"

Editing an existing City

1. Go to the control panel

2. Click on Airport Transportation section

3. Open menu item "Airports/Cities/POIs"

4. Click Cities from the sub-menu

5. Search for the City to edit from the search bar.

6. Click the Edit Link on right.

7.Edit the City and click Update
